These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dashku, a mobile application designed to help small and medium businesses generate product images and share them on social media platforms. By downloading, installing, or using Dashku, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain features of the app.

2. Use of Dashku

• App Content: All other content, including but not limited to software, design, and text provided by Dashku, is owned by Dashku and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Use Dashku for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.

• Share content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of Dashku, including the use of viruses or malicious software.
